Description

Al is het maar een zakdoek groot, Iona is niet zomaar een eilandje. Het is een van religiositeit doordrongen lap grond met een internationale aantrekkingskracht, de bakermat van het christendom in Schotland. Vele Schotten maken er een daguitstapje van door rechtstreeks van het vasteland naar Fionnphort te rijden, waar je de ferry (niet voor auto's!) op stapt.
