With the RouteYou heatmap you quickly gain insight into the most popular segments of the route network. The more 'heat' you see, the more routes pass through that specific segment. We base this only on routes that are public. The regional relevance (a mix of recentness, popularity, etc.) of a route is also taken into account. This makes the heatmap a unique tool when exploring and planning routes in new regions.
And there's more... We offer not one but four different heatmaps ! So there is a separate heatmap for hikers. And for cyclists, we made a split between road cycling, recreational cycling and off-road cycling (mtb & gravel).
