Atypical village house in the heart of the old town, sleeps 6. You can walk to the river for a spot of fishing.
All amenities are within walking distance.
The accommodation comprises:
- Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room with sofa bed, TV, wood-burning stove, balcony, WC.
- 1st floor: bedroom with cupboard and 160cm double bed, shower room with WC, bedroom with cupboard and 2 beds that can form 1 140cm bed or 2 80cm single beds.
- Middle floor: 1 large bedroom with 140cm bed, small lounge, shower room, WC, table soccer, TV, office.
Garden, terrace, 4m x 2m swimming pool, barbecue, deckchairs, hammock etc...
Unobstructed view, very quiet location.
As access to the garden and outdoor facilities is via 2 staircases, we restrict access to minors only. For parking, the Médiathèque parking lot is 50m from the property.
