Probably built around the 14th century . The church was restored in the 16th century.
In 1604 she was assigned to the brotherhood of S. Lorenzo and in 1761 to that of S. Barnaba . The only thing that was deconsecrated in 1897 is the facade with a medieval portal in tuff and a small round window above the portal.
