This is the fourth stage of the Marikenpad, the historic Nijmegen-Antwerp route (version for hikers).
Between the Vughtse Heide and Helvoirt, this route deviates slightly from the historic route. This avoids having to walk 2.5 km along the busy N65. Those who nevertheless want to walk as 'historically' as possible are referred to the tourist cycle route 4 (f).
Pay attention. In the Bossebaan between Haaren and Oisterwijk you can encounter muddy parts. Sometimes also in dry weather due to artificial irrigation of the surrounding plantations. Not suitable for stiletto heels...
