This walking and cycling route goes along the geologic highlights of the Zuiderheide and the Laarder Wasmeren. In these areas, many of these places are clearly visible. They tell the geologic story of this area, with trips to archaeology and cultural history.
A number of locations along this route have been designated as 'geosite': places in the landscape that together form the basis for a future Geopark. Each site shows - clearly visible - a geologic phenomenon and is special because of the subsoil, the water or nature.
