Kinepolis Enschede is a cinema in Enschede, with over 2700 seats in 10 screens. On July 6, 2000, the cinema opened and the first screenings were given. The owner at the time, CineStar-Kino, gave the cinema the name CineStar. CineStar was acquired by Wolff Cinemas. Wolff Cinemas was acquired by Kinepolis in 2014. Since 2016, Wolff CineStar has been renamed Kinepolis Enschede. The theatre has access to state-of-the-art projection and sound equipment, wall-to-wall movie screens and more than enough legroom. They also have 3D projection via the RealD system and one room is equipped with a projector with 4K resolution.
