Cyril Daubrège will make you discover the local products of Corbières (cheeses, honey?) and of the Catalan countries (the Xaï or lamb), the whole accompanied by a card presenting about thirty local wines AOC Corbières, Fitou, Maury, Côtes du Roussillon and IGP of Aude.
