The restaurant offers the great classics of the French culinary repertoire: Canard au sang, Lièvre à la royale, Vol au vent with sweetbreads and morel mushrooms, royal seafood platter with lobster, 9 varieties of foie gras, pâtés en croûte, coquille Saint-Jacques à la nantaise, etc. The Guinness record for the largest cheese platter in the world (111 varieties), the buffet of 50 desserts made by our 7 pastry chefs and the frosted delicacies of the Palais des glaces complete this panorama of traditional French cuisine.
