Le Pain d?Ici bakery offers you its sourdough breads, the quality of which is directly linked to that of the cereal varieties used, their milling, the manufacturing processes and the slow fermentation.
All our breads are made with pure flours, certified organic and mostly local.
Natural leavening gives our breads a longer shelf life, a better glycemic index, greater nutritional value, a wider range of flavors and improved digestibility.
Le Pain d'Ici also offers brioches, viennoiseries, travel pastries and delicious focaccias filled with seasonal vegetables.
From May: a new store adjoining the bakery. A place to enjoy our viennoiseries with a 100% organic espresso, a focaccia or a gourmet sandwich, accompanied by a local 100% organic draught.
