Description

The only windmill in good condition to grind in Haut-Quercy, from the 15th century. Rebuilt by its owner André Chambon, piece by piece. Very windy, you may have the joy of seeing it turning
It will introduce you to the transformation of grain into flour. This rudimentary industry gave life to our ancestors and is an integral part of our rural heritage.
