Fluctuart, the first floating urban art center in the world, occupies a vast transparent barge moored at the foot of the Invalides bridge. Free and open to all, Fluctuart celebrates urban creation in all its forms and hosts on its 1,000 m² and 3 floors: a permanent collection of works by the greatest international street artists, several temporary exhibitions per year, a specialized bookstore, cultural events, creative workshops and a rooftop with a breathtaking view of the Grand Palais, the Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower.
