Merovingian objects including a burial with bones were found on the territory of the town at a place called "Chemin de Corbeil". In the Middle Ages, the fief came under Rosnay, from this past, there are some traces of the feudal motte. Its Church, dedicated to Saint Léger, dates from the 16th and you can see there: - fragments of stained glass windows also dating from the 16th - statues from the 14th / 16th and 18th century.
