The "5 a Day" Marathon route leads through the municipality of Welver located between Hamm and Soest and the Sauerland and Münsterland regions.
The marathon route is the first officially signposted "5 a Day" marathon course. It is a circular route that can be used at any time without restrictions.
As a 20-village tour, the route connects the center of Welver with the 20 districts. A possible starting point is at the sports center of the municipality of Welver with parking facilities and other infrastructure. The entire route is signposted and can also be cycled as a 30 km or 10 km stage. Additional signs point out various points of interest. Enjoy this well-signposted and varied route.
