Bike Arena Sauerland - Kirchhundemer Allerlei

After a short warm-up phase, the first sweaty challenge awaits with the ascent to the Stone Cross. It's more pleasant after the rapid descent on the approximately 6-kilometer long steady climb to Bracht. The serpentine descent to Oedingen is followed by a recovery phase on the flat section to Elspe, the location of the famous Karl May festivals. We follow a piece of the lovely Repetal before the last mountain to Heggen, leading us into the Bigge valley. We ride flat to Attendorn, where the old town invites us to a short break. Along the Lister Reservoir, there is plenty of time for relaxation. At Stade, we now cross the Biggesee to leave the Biggetal in the direction of Olpe. The next kilometers are rather hilly and take us briefly back to the Biggesee. For the second time, we say goodbye to the Repetal in favor of the Veischedetal. Over 200 meters of altitude await us on the way up to the Benolper Kreuz. A height difference that makes the legs even heavier given the distance already covered. It's almost done, as the ascent along the Siberbach is more relaxed compared to the others. The Flapetal accompanies us steadily downhill on the last kilometers back to Kirchhundem.
