Triskele is a work by Tiiu Kirsipuu et Kalle Tiisma from Estonia, built as part of the Fête de Mai 2015 and on display in Gesves..
Triskele (a triangular shape) is a very old symbol. It can mean life-death-rebirth , past-present-future, earth-water-heaven, etc. It is connected with time, movement and changes. Triskele is a spiritual space where you can rest, contemplate life and time, watch and listen to nature.
La fête de mai was founded in 2001 in the municipality of Gesves and is organized by the non-profit association Vagabond'Art.
