The Robin Woet play forest is located under the Scheldt bridge in Grembergen and was put into use in 2005. In doing so, the city met the demand of the Dendermonde youth associations. The architectural firm Innec was commissioned to draw up an ecological design plan entirely in line with the theme of Robin Hood. Both youth associations and individual visitors should be able to have fun for hours in this forest. For example, the entrances will be more elaborated with an entrance sign and a bicycle shed. There will be some wooden totems that refer to the story of Robin Hood, a castle in twigs, a seating arena and a play and walking route.
