The Sint-Gertrudiskerk is the parish church of Kuringen, located at Joris van Oostenrijkstraat 78.
It is a three-aisled cross church with west tower. Tower, choir and transept were built around 1500 in late Gothic architectural style. The nave and aisles were rebuilt and enlarged around 1763 by Barthélemy Digneffe on behalf of Augustina van Hamme, abbess of Herkenrode. The aisles and the nave then came under one roof. From 1872-1874 repairs took place and in 1901 the tower was restored. In 1929 a portico was installed. In 1965 a sacristy with chapel was added.
