The 'Broeigans' is a protected monument. In the late Middle Ages and the new era, this farm served as an inn-lodging house with a brewery on the Antwerp-Tilburg road. At the end of the 16th and beginning of the 17th century, the inn was a popular stopping place for soldiers pulling by Brecht. The current buildings date from the 17th and 19th centuries and are still almost completely intact.
