This mansion, built in 1704 for the Baron de Joigny, has a classic typology, between courtyard and garden. The quadrangular inner courtyard gives access to an L-shaped main building and a lower wing housing the sheds. This courtyard is closed by a fence wall pierced by a frontispiece porch, flanked by the lateral facades of the wings. These have two bays where bays with paired frames take place. The whole is marked by a certain horizontality, underlined by bands not very prominent at the level of the lintels and thresholds of the bays. The wing forming the fence wall is punctuated by pilasters with slits and surmounted by a balustrade. It hosts a Louis XIV style porch with a wide gorge and a curved crown in drip tree.
The main building extends over six and seven bays. The door, preceded by three steps, is crowned by a profiled entablature and a French window preceded by a balcony closed by a balustrade. The bays have fitted frames, forming on the first floor sills decorated with engaged balusters. The façade on the garden side comprises nine bays of two levels.
