Watchtower
The Liereman is naturally a very humid area. There are many puddles and swamps. The fen under this tower is a good example of this. In the shallow water, various duck species, such as the teal, find their food. Occasionally even the great egret comes to visit. You can also see the beautiful blue-colored kingfisher skimming over the water in search of fish. In the reeds and willows around the lake, many bird species find a suitable shelter and breeding place. In the spring you can hear the crackling song of the little karakiet here.

From the watchtower you can watch various water and songbirds in their natural habitat. In order not to disturb these shy animals, it is best to climb the stairs as quietly as possible and keep the peace on the tower.
